π Booking Policy
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete the client intake form.
• Late arrivals may receive the remaining treatment time but will be charged the full price.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• A 10% fee will be applied for cancellations within 24 hours.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
• Post-surgery clients: If you had a BBL or other cosmetic procedure, please bring your personal support items (such as a BBL pillow) to ensure comfort and proper posture during treatment. In addition, please remove your compression garment at home and wear loose, comfortable clothing when coming to your appointment, so we can begin your lymphatic drainage session right away.
• Please inform us of any health conditions upon arrival.

Gift Card Usage
Before making an appointment, please send a screenshot of your gift card (including the gift card number and key details) by text message to (689) 238-9197 or by email to lwspa7344@gmail.com.
In your message, please include the cardholder’s name, recipient’s name, appointment date, and the desired service, so we can verify the information in advance.
Appointments without prior gift card information will be treated as pay-at-the-spa.
